30 Is A Nice Round Number

Today, some friends and I did a 40 mile bike. Good stuff there. The wind was up 10-20 mph and that kind of sucked at first because we were driving straight into it for, well, the first 20 miles. We were topping out at about 16 mph, but coming back home, the wind was at our back and we were F L Y I N G.

30 miles per hour!

Man, did that feel good. We probably could have gone faster, but we were maintaining speed for distance so we held it down. If I can pull that off during the race this next Saturday, I'll own.
