I feel MUCH better this morning.
Yesterday was not so good. I actually started feeling sick the day before, but yesterday it hit me full force.
I guess it was just a 24 hour stomach virus kind of thing because I couldn't keep anything down.
I didn't want to workout this morning on a completely empty stomach, but I did wake up with a spring in my step, ready for work.
I wonder if I'm bringing all these little ailments on myself because I'm worried about them screwing up my race Sunday? haha, That would be mind over matter in a most uncool way. Luckily, this is my take it easy week.
Speaking of, it's supposed to be chilly that day at 42˚. Gonna make for an invigorating swim in the lake.
